Cancellation Policy

A 21 days cancellation notice is required to group arrival and 14 days to individual / couple guest or subject to agreement with hotels. Any cancellation with less than 21 days for group and 14 days to individual traveling will charge a 30% cancellation fee. A full charge will be imposed for a “no-show”.

Optional tour

Book your tour at least one day prior to your schedule Is recommend to avoid full-book of transport and guide, a late booking will receives as availability. Please be at hotel lobby on the time appointed with …. of course when tours dealt. Payment can be cash in hand to our tour guide.

Payment

Repatour is much appreciate a 50% deposit from the invoice and balance should be made on day arrival. if you make bank transfer please send us bank proof of the transaction then we’ll send you our guarantee voucher with detail services mentioned. Our bank name & swift code is detail in invoice.

Access to Lombok (Normal Condition)

It’s easy to get to Lombok by air direct flight from Bali, Jakarta, Jogjakarta, Surabaya, Makasar
Are available from multiple airline everyday and are usually timed to connect with overseas flights.

International flight are

Garuda airline flies from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and Lombok everyday with shot-stop over in Jakarta. Most international connecting from around the world are available via Jakarta and Bali.

Silk Air flies directly from Singapore to Lombok four times per week. ( Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Air Asia operates direct flight between Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and Lombok twice daily.
In Lombok, all flights arrive and depart at Lombok International Airport

By Sea

There are numerous fast boat (eight operators) daily services between Bali and Lombok, Bali and Gilis (island) with convenient departure from two deferent locations on Bali – Serangan or Benoa harbor and Padang Bai harbor every day. Fares start from around US$ 30 to 35 one way included transfer from your hotel to harbor in Bali. You may book direct to operator or contact your travel agent.

In Lombok fast boat arrive in Senggigi and others port is Bangsal or Teluk Nare.
In Gili. Fast boat arrive in the jetty-port then you need a horse cart or gili’s taxi to your hotel.
